These terms of service ("Terms") govern your use of joycleanteam.com and the house cleaning services provided by Joy Clean Team, a DBA of Joy Junk Removal LLC ("Joy Clean Team," "we," "us," or "our"). By requesting a quote, booking a service, or texting or calling us, you agree to these Terms.
Joy Clean Team provides residential and commercial house cleaning services — including standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, recurring maintenance cleaning, and Airbnb/rental turnovers — across San Luis Obispo County, CA. Pricing is quoted upfront based on your home and the service requested, and is the price you pay — we don't change rates in the middle of a job or add hidden fees.
You can request a quote or book service through our website, by phone, or by text. We'll confirm your appointment details before your cleaning day. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please give us as much notice as you can by calling or texting (805) 457-4584.

Program description: If you provide your phone number — through our website form, by calling us, or by texting us — Joy Clean Team may send you SMS/text messages about your quote or scheduled service. This includes appointment confirmations, on-the-way notifications, scheduling changes, and follow-ups. We do not send promotional or marketing texts through this program.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us — typically only around an active quote or scheduled appointment.

Opt out: Reply STOP at any time to a text from us to unsubscribe from future messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact customer support using the information below. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any service.

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in advance. We accept the payment methods communicated to you at the time of booking.
If you're not satisfied with a cleaning, let us know within 24 hours and we'll work with you to make it right.
We carry licensing and insurance appropriate to our business. We take care with your home and belongings, but we are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by conditions outside our control. If something is damaged during service due to our error, contact us promptly so we can address it.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective" date above reflects the most recent version. Continued use of our site or services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
